Please note: If you wish to bring someone along as a note taker or moral support, please expect to pay for that person. Spirit will have messages for everyone who comes. There are no observers, only participants!
If you wish to pay with a check, your payment is expected prior to your session. You can also pay using cash, credit card, Venmo or PayPal at the end of your session. There is a $4.00 processing fee for all PayPal and credit card payments.
Please note: I happily travel for groups of 6 or more within 30 miles of the Des Moines area. A small travel fee may apply. If you live outside of my travel radius you are always welcome to come to my office. Zoom group readings are also available.

Thank you for choosing me as your spiritual helper. It's my honor to help you. If you are not able to come to your appointment, please do your best to give me at least 24 hours notice so I can fill the appointment time. I am happy to work with you to reschedule. If you are a "no-show" for an appointment I lose the opportunity to help someone and, obviously, I lose that income. I am self-employed, and this is how I take care of my family. Cancellation Expectations:
- If you need to cancel your session, please do your best to give Rachel at least 24 hours notice so she can fill your appointment time with someone from her wait list.
- If Rachel has to cancel an appointment because of weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your session.
- If an event is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances that event will be rescheduled.
- If you are a "no-show" and wish to schedule a future appointment you will need to pre-pay for your next appointments. If pre-payment is not recieved, your appointment will be cancelled.
- Please note that, like all self-employed business owners, Rachel depends on the income from sessions and events to support herself and her family. Your support is appreciated.
- If you miss your appointment and do not notify Rachel in advance, you will be billed for your missed appointment. No future appointments can be made until paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Rachel does not send reminders, so be sure to record your session in your calendar!
